Kicking the holiday weekend off right!

Around town there are some great events not to be missed! On Wednesday night the Patchogue Arts Council kicks it off with a mixer from 7-9 PM at The Oar! Network with other art minded folks in a beautiful restaurant, watching the sun set over the water. This weekend, Bellport will be the place to be! There will be a Member's Exhibit at the Bellport Community Center from Sat-Mon, and Phoenix Gallery will be receiving for "Gardener's Delight"!

Next week I'll be posting the events for June, so check back! Have a great holiday weekend!

Courting the jester

Your friendly blogger has been suffering from bronchitis for over a month, and it has hindered her ability to get out and see some of the wonderful shows hosted by the BAHC. Catch it before it's gone!

Renowned storyteller and children's book author Heather Forest will be performing at the Mount Sinai Heritage Center on May 17 at 11:30 AM and at 1PM as part of Family Fun Day! Come on down for this FREE event...with food, fun, and games for all!
